Lovely hotel to stay at. Staff are friendly, understanding & helpful. Room was clean & so quiet at night. Breakfast buffet was very good & the children loved it. Thank you for having us.

I could not recommend this place more. The accommodation was fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided in-room facilities worthy of a luxury hotel. I slept so well as there was no external noise at all, which initially concerned me as I thought I had gone deaf, being so quiet! 🤭 The breakfast food selection in the restaurant was extensive and tasty. I would love to have tried their meals at other times. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I give my experience here, 5 thumbs up! 👍👍👍👍👍Thank you!

I recommend this hotel@. The staff are polite and friendly. Nothing is a problem. Great place to stay, and close to the rail. Within walking distance. The breakfast area needs putting into order. You are moving all over the place for your food. Nothing flowing.

Don't bother staying here rooms are claustrophobic air traps with no opening windows and you can get a better room for the same price at Meriton. Not to mention the smell when I turned the thermostat. If I had this place I would charge $100 a night because that's all it's worth

Stayed in this hotel for a night in 2018 and didn't hesitate to check-in again for 4 nights just 3 weeks ago. Would say that its location is a short walk away to some of Parramatta's great bars, cafès, restaurants, supermarkets, chemists, Westfield and train station. The hotel staff is commendable for their high level of hospitality and professionalism. My room was always kept cleaned and smelling fresh so I always get a proper rest. My experience here is invaluable. To the front office staff especially to Mr. R. Galib (Asst. Front Office Mgr.), Ms. Mary G. (Duty Manager), Pratham T., the housekeepers and the rest of the hotel personnel, please accept my sincerest gratitude. This hotel gets my highest recommendation. 5/5

Excellent customer service and well presented professional staff. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Parking was onsite and easy to access.

A hotel with a classic look. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast spread is the same every day. Within walking distance to Westfield mall and 2 train stations but it is going to take you about an hour to the city.
